Embracing all of you
Simple tools
01 — Awareness
Our identity is never static, it’s constantly evolving. Becoming aware of yourself in a new way, considering your story from different perspectives and learning to truly value yourself is a lifelong journey. It’s not always easy, many people avoid it, but it will make all the difference in the world to your experience of life.
02 — Belief
Humans are social beings. Being with others allows you to recognise who you are, what makes you uniquely you. I will stand with you as you consider your relations with the people you love, the people you work beside and the many others who weave in and out of your story. You will gain insight, develop the courage to face relationships which are a challenge and deepen those relationships which you value.
03 — Compassion
Self-care should not be confused with self-indulgence; it doesn’t require excessive amounts of money or time. As you value yourself more, you recognise the importance of caring for your physical, mental and spiritual health in whatever form is best for you. You become more bold in carving out your own story and that’s when it gets really interesting…

Individual coaching sessions can last for 60 - 90 minutes. You decide on the duration, how frequently they happen and when they will end.
You only pay for two sessions upfront and can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the coaching session for a full refund or to re-schedule.
How coaching psychology works:
Coaching psychology services are based on scientific research which has gained evidence that certain actions increase wellbeing.
Having achieved an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology I have learned the skills of attentive listening and insightful questions. I listen deeply to go beyond words and look for patterns of behaviour which may prevent you from truly taking care of yourself and moving forward.
I believe that reflection is vital to enable you to learn from yourself. I’m comfortable with silence as you think during our conversations and I also encourage you to reflect in between our sessions through journalling, walking in silence and sitting in nature.
Our sessions together will not necessarily always be comfortable, it may be necessary for me to challenge what you say but this will only be done in a supportive way with your permission.
I do not advise and I do not offer suggestions. I believe that the answers to your questions are unique to you and can be found within you. I reflect back what I hear and see you communicating; allowing you to gain clarity and to decide what happens next.

“There’s no need for us to compare or compete, our different experiences mean that each of us is unique. Coaching provides a confidential space for you to explore who you are today, to be supported and challenged as you let go of what doesn’t serve you now and consider what might be next.”
