The experience of working collectively can be surprisingly powerful.

Organisations of all sizes and with different functions will benefit from working in cohesion. A group setting, online or in-person, provides a supportive means of learning from each other; sharing thoughts, knowledge, feelings and ideas.

The nuts and bolts…

1

Groups of six to ten people meet to discuss topics which are important to them, and/or the greater purpose of which they are part. Learning within a group can be easier than the intensity of a one to one experience, as individuals benefit from the reflections of group members on a chosen topic. Through these narratives the experiences of other group members are remembered and new ideas can develop.

2

My role as your facilitator holds a space of learning for people within a collective setting; making silence acceptable and honouring the stories shared. A community evolves through the intention to learn from each other, through individual growth and a stronger group identity. Difficult feelings can surface during times of discussion and change, my presence os a facilitator can allow you to relax and focus on the content of the conversation, knowing that I will support your team as it shifts and moves on.

3

The information contained within a group is completely confidential; this safe and supportive space allows new ideas to surface and creative solutions to emerge. The energy within a collective space honours the individuals, knowing that they will each learn according to their past experiences and current approach.

Collective Collaboration sessions can last from 90 minutes to a whole day. To decide on the duration, format, topic and frequency email to arrange an initial discussion.

“I enjoyed the group coaching, felt part of a sisterhood and the sharing opened up an awareness about myself that will better me.”

- JK

“It helped me reflect on myself and how I operate, giving me the opportunity to consider a different approach to ensure I am not just looking out for others but also looking after myself.”

 Collective Community Essentials

Collective Community is not..

traditional group facilitation.

It’s less directive and more explorative of the deeper thoughts and feelings of the individuals within the group

Collective Community is ..

co-created

One person such as the facilitator is not responsible the outcome of the collective discussion. It’s up to the group to decide what is discussed and the direction of the conversation. This requires a level of trust in each other and the process.

Collective Community requires..

100% commitment

By everyone being fully in the meeting trust within the group can be developed to such a level that everyone feels confident to speak honestly or happily remain quiet.

“I learnt to respect others in a more sensitive way, and by sharing in a group, it was an amazing way to be more positive in my own thinking.”

— SS

“It was incredibly insightful. Each time I came away feeling uplifted and I’ve learned so much, especially the benefits of having my own quiet space!”
