Self-care is not self-indulgence. It can be the simple act of securing a time, creating clear boundaries and in that space working out what’s important for you to do now.

The space should be safe, confidential and non-judgemental. If you choose to work with me as your co-creator of that space I will endeavour to listen attentively, not interrupt your flow and only ask questions that might help you to gain greater clarity, so that you understand yourself at a deeper level. You have an infinite amount of wisdom within you, we all do, and it’s important that you learn from your own wisdom, to make choices that you feel confident are best for you.

As you gain confidence in your decisions for yourself you’ll find that the people around you will benefit too. There is always a ripple effect from the choices you make, taking time to think deeply about what you do in your life can benefit those you love as well as yourself.

We will explore a variety of methods and tools to help you explore who you are and who you’re becoming.

In between sessions you will have time to reflect on how you’re learning, you’ll value your decisions and you’ll find that self-care can lead to exciting new opportunities.

Individual coaching sessions can last from 45 to 90 minutes. You decide on the duration, how frequently they happen and when they will end. You only pay for two sessions upfront and can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the coaching session for a full refund or to re-schedule..
