Need: you’re looking for a confidential space to externalise what keeps going round in your mind. You want to consider the insightful questions of a professional who is listening attentively to your words, actions and silences.

Coaching: individual coaching sessions delivered via audio, online or in-person can provide the support and gentle challenge required to help you move forward.

You: are a leader within business, social enterprise, public sector or the voluntary sector and want to develop a cohesive, inspirational team.

Need: you’re looking for an online or physical space which uses the expertise of coaching psychology to allow connection at a deeper level to occur within your team.

Coaching: group coaching offers a cost-effective and time-efficient means of building group dynamics and clarifying how progress can occur. Mediating a safe and confidential space, I will facilitate an honest meaningful dialogue within your team.
