Our initial conversation, the coaching contract & payment

Our coaching relationship begins with a short initial discussion which costs £20. Together we’ll ensure that we can work together easily and that my coaching services are the right option for you at this time.

After our initial conversation, I’ll send a letter of confirmation to you with a coaching contract to read before signing and beginning our work together.

Payment for coaching services will be transferred prior to the commencement of sessions, ranging from two to six sessions.

The cost of coaching services varies according to which service is chosen. These details are discussed during our initial discussion.

Cancellation policy

When coaching services are postponed or cancelled:

More than 48 hours notice is given: a full refund is offered or opportunity to re-schedule

24 hours notice is given: opportunity to re-schedule at no extra cost.

Under 24 hours: no refund or opportunity to re-schedule.
