“I am a nurse and was working in a Covid ward at the time. I think at the time I didn’t actually realise how much I would benefit from coaching, and looking back I can’t believe how much it helped me, just within the first two sessions.
I always felt that Karen was listening to every word I was saying, and was very good at trying to make me recognise my own emotions, and that those emotions were okay.
Karen helped me massively by helping me come up with simple ways to deal with my stress, I still use these techniques at work now.
I found the coaching very effective, it was just a very positive experience and I would recommend others try it. Karen herself if very positive, and I think that also helped me massively.
Karen made me feel comfortable during coaching and like I had a safe space to share my worries, and was very good at helping me recognise that my worries were normal, but how to deal with them not taking over my life or getting in the way of my job.”
